Locked Up? We’ll Get Your Wheels Back. You’re Doing Time. Your Car Shouldn’t. While You Wait, We Recover What’s Yours. That’s What We Do.

We understand what you are going through we have been through it too, so we understand, not only the process, but how important it is not to lose your car.

I recently found myself in a nightmare situation when I was arrested and locked up unexpectedly. My car was impounded, and I was overwhelmed with stress, not knowing how I’d get out or retrieve my vehicle. That’s when I turned to Autobail, and they truly came to the rescue!

Kyle Rose

Their team acted incredibly fast, handling the bail process seamlessly and even arranging to get my car back for me without any hassle. The best part? I didn’t have to pay a single penny upfront—they made the whole thing so straightforward and affordable.

James Haas

My stress levels dropped significantly once they stepped in, and I was back on the road in no time. If you’re ever in a bind, Autobail is the way to go—highly recommend!

What do I sign to make this happen?

 Notarized Letter of Authorization: A signed, notarized statement from the owner granting (Autobail) permission to retrieve the vehicle. It should include the owner’s full name, vehicle details (make, model, VIN, plate), Autobail’s name/business, and explicit consent. Many lots require this;

What common issues could stall or keep me from my vehicle?

Impound Lot-Specific Forms: Many lots have their own release authorization forms (e.g., vehicle release waiver or property release letter).

– **Hearing or Appeal Documents**: If the impound is contested, forms for requesting a hearing (e.g., motion for release) Are need. If the owner is incarcerated, they may need to sign docs in jail (notarization available in some facilities).

What specifically is your process

 – Verify client eligibility: Confirm ownership via DMV check (if permitted).

   – Obtain signed, notarized authorization/POA/affidavit.

   – Gather all required docs (ID, registration, insurance).

   – Pay fees (Not client’s funds in most cases) and obtain police release.

   – Retrieve vehicle, document condition (photos), and deliver to client.

   – If no upfront payment, have a secured repayment agreement (e.g., lien on vehicle if allowed).

How long will it take to get my car?

So hoe much is this gonna cost me?
